We Couldn’t Eliminate Screen Time, but trying to manage it

As a mother, realised that completely eliminating screen time from our children’s lives is almost impossible. But what we can do is manage it and, most importantly, filter the content they watch.
My child is just two years, I casually tried teaching her duas during everyday moment while changing the diapers, while entering the washroom, before sleeping. I never expected her to memorise them so quickly.

By accident we came across s a playlist on youtube, where one episode was being repeated. It had a dua to recite while boarding a vehicle. She listened to it repeatedly and actually memorised it!
The funny part is, even today, as a mother, I don’t remember that dua completely myselfbut somehow, she does.

That experience taught me that instead of constantly fighting screen time, we should focus on making it meaningful. We may not be able to eliminate screens, but we can control what our children are exposed to.
