Return Window
You may request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused, unread, and in its original condition
- In its original packaging, with all tags/inserts intact
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Perfume Oils (once opened or seal broken)
- Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased at clearance pricing
How to Request a Return
- Email us at dmtarbiyahstore@gmail.com or message us on +91-8899996468 with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll share pickup or return-shipping instructions.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item Received
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos — we’ll cover the return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as they haven’t been shipped yet. Once an order is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled but may be returned
per the policy above.
