Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays are processed the next working day.

Shipping Charges
- Shipping is charged as a flat rate based on your delivery location, shown at checkout before you pay:
- Srinagar: ₹ 80 flat rate (Standard Delivery)
- Rest of India: ₹ 99 flat rate (Standard Delivery)
- Free Standard Delivery is automatically applied at checkout on orders of ₹799 or more, no coupon code needed.
- Faster/Express delivery (Speed Post or an express courier) is also offered at checkout for customers who’d like quicker transit times, priced separately based on weight and destination.
- Cash on Delivery orders carry an additional ₹40 handling fee, applied automatically at checkout when COD is selected as the payment method.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS / WhatsApp to follow your package until it arrives.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at +91-8899996468 with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
